Which days and times are for 3-year-old classes?M/W am and pm.

Which days and times are for 4-year-old classes?T/Th am and pm. M/W am at Saddle Rock location.

Are 5-6-year-old classes available?Yes, we offer a K-Explorer class for 5 and 6 year olds which is a great option before Kindergarten.

What is a reading day?Teachers work individually with students on letters, sounds, numbers, colors, and skills to be ready for Kindergarten.

How much is tuition?Monthly Tuition: $125 for 2 days a week (Mon/Wed and Tue/Thur classes) $185 for 3 days a week (adds Friday Exploring class)

When is tuition due?The first day of each month.

Is there a late fee for tuition?Late Fee Policy To avoid late fees, please ensure your tuition payment is received by the 1st day of each month. If payment is not received on time, a $5 late fee will be applied for each day the payment is overdue. Example: If your payment is made on the 3rd of the month, your total late fee would be $10: $5 for the 2nd day $5 for the 3rd day If you need to make special arrangements for your payment, please contact KEP ownership in advance. We’re happy to work with you!

Is the One-time Registration and Materials Fee refundable?No, the fee is non-refundable. Early Bird Registration and Materials Fee (before March 31): $125 for 2 days a week $185 for 3 days a week Registration and Materials Fee (after March 31): $140 for 2 days a week $200 for 3 days a week

Are there any additional fees?Yes, additional fees apply in certain cases. Additional Fees: $100 - Withdrawal Fee $20 - Class Change Fee (per change)

Which days have no school?We follow the Alpine School District calendar, but we reserve the right to modify the schedule due to unforseen circumstances and conditions.

Are there any make-up days?No, but we provide all work and crafts the student missed when they return to preschool. With advance notice, work can be provided before a vacation or missed days.

Do you have any field trips?We have one field trip to a pumpkin patch, but we have community helpers come in and share about fire safety and dental health.

Do you serve students with special needs?As a private preschool, KEP does not have the necessary experience, resources, and training to support preschoolers with special needs.
